Wayback Machine

I picked a really obvious one for this, Google. Right when google came out it was just a search engine for websites. There were no other features like preferences, google images, google maps, google news, etc. It has grown to be the most popular search engine in the world I think and turned into a popular verb. The creators are now two of the richest men on the planet because of their adaptations to the site over the years, and I think the wayback machine is useful to keep the history of popular websites like Google.
